After studying Food and Agribusiness at HAS University of Applied Sciences, I started putting my learning into practice. With a constant drive for improvement, Ekoto has become not just an ordinary farm, but a farm involved in multiple studies and its own independent research programmes. Now, years later, education and chain development of new crops have a larger share in our portfolio.
